In these early days of January, the entire nation is looking toward a political event of paramount importance: the 14th National Party Congress. This is not only an occasion to reflect on past achievements but also a milestone for charting the nation’s development strategy for a new era. In harmony with this national spirit, Sekino is constantly striving to enhance product quality, contributing to the construction of a modern and sustainable national infrastructure.
1. Hanoi’s Top-Tier Medical Readiness for the National Party Congress
According to the latest reports from the Hanoi Department of Health, Plan No. 65 has been enacted to ensure absolute safety for the National Party Congress, scheduled from January 19 to 25. The preparation process is being carried out with extreme rigor:
-
Disease Prevention: Continuous medical surveillance, testing, and environmental sanitation are maintained at the event venues and accommodation sites.
-
Food Safety: Strict inspections from raw materials to processing are conducted at hotels and restaurants serving delegates.
-
Specialized Emergency Systems: Leading hospitals such as Hanoi Heart Hospital, Thanh Nhan, and Saint Paul are ready with dedicated internal medicine, surgery, and trauma departments. Specifically, each hospital has allocated 10 high-quality beds and mobile emergency teams on standby 24/7.
Sekino’s Perspective: The meticulousness of the logistics for the National Party Congress serves as an inspiration for the Sekino team. We believe that for any “great project” to succeed, the foundation—much like healthcare—must be rock-solid. Similarly, every Sekino color roof tile is carefully prepared from raw material selection to a closed-loop production process, ensuring the “durable health” of Vietnamese homes against all weather conditions.
2. The Rule of Law – A Foundation for Transparent Development
Alongside the preparations for the National Party Congress, legislative and enforcement activities are being pursued vigorously:
-
National Assembly Standing Committee: Expected to approve important resolutions regarding the procuracy sector to strengthen the judicial system.
-
Market Transparency: A highlight in recent news is the strict handling of stock market violations. Fining individuals 3 billion VND for manipulating SJS shares and imposing a 2-year trading ban reaffirms the commitment to a transparent and fair business environment.
At Sekino, we uphold the spirit of the rule of law. We believe that only by doing business with honesty and transparency regarding quality and origin can we build sustainable trust with our customers. Sekino commits to saying no to commercial fraud and always adheres to the strictest inspection standards in the construction industry.
3. Tet Safety Warning: A Responsibility to the Community
While the atmosphere is busy preparing for the National Party Congress, a recent tragic firework accident involving a 13-year-old boy serves as a painful reminder. This is a wake-up call regarding safety during the Lunar New Year, reminding every family of the importance of protecting their home—the core value Sekino pursues through safe and durable building materials.
Sekino’s Message: Building a home is not just about walls and tiles; it is about protecting the peace within. Following this incident, Sekino urges customers to raise safety awareness:
-
Strictly avoid the use of illegal explosives.
-
Be vigilant against low-quality goods sold online.
-
Prioritize building materials with fire-resistant and heat-insulating properties to protect your family.
4. Sekino – Aspiration to Rise with the Nation
Looking toward the 14th National Party Congress, Sekino aims beyond just providing building materials. We carry the aspiration to contribute to the general development of national infrastructure. With every high-quality color tile and modern architectural solution, Sekino is working with architects and contractors to paint a picture of a prosperous and enduring Vietnam.
We believe that under the leadership of the Party and the solidarity of Vietnamese enterprises, the country will enter a new term with many brilliant victories.
